DELIVERY STANDARDS:

Frances Johnston "Chatham" makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Normal shipments within the United States are made via UPS Ground Service or Priority Mail. Express Shipping is available upon request. In the event that we are not able to ship your order within 72 hours of receipt, we will notify you of when the item (s) will be available and you may choose whether you wish to wait or to cancel your order. Orders going to Destinations outside of the United States will be shipped in the most cost effective manner and you will be notified of the charges prior to shipping. You will be asked to accept or decline the shipping method and charges at that time.

PRIVACY STATEMENT:

Privacy is a very serious matter for Frances Johnston "Chatham". It is true that in order to process your request, we must know basic contact information such as your full name, address, e-mail address, and method of payment. All required information is kept internally and is never shared with third parties.

RETURN POLICY:

We will gladly accept non Special Occasion merchandise returns for a refund or exchange within 10 days of the date of receipt. We are sorry but we cannot accept merchandise returns for credit, exchange or refunds after the initial 10 day period. Please retain the shipping box and all paperwork received with your order until you have inspected the items and are completely sure you are satisfied with them. If you are not completely satisfied with any item please email us for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a valid authorization number on the package. Then simply return the item in the original shipping box or equivalent, with the completed return form supplied, to the address indicated. All of the hang tags must be in the box. Garments cannot be returned once they are worn unless found defective. Special Occasion Wear (this includes, but is not limited to, Bridesmaid, Flower Girl and Christening) cannot be returned for Credit or Refund. You may exchange Special Occasion Wear for a different size within 10 days of receipt.
